Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Lemonderma! We want you to love your skincare just as much as we love creating it. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This policy applies to all orders placed through our official online store (www.lemonderma.co) only.


🧴 Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The safety seals are still intact

  • You can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase

❌ Items that can’t be returned:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products marked “Final Sale

  • Free gifts or samples

  • Items not purchased from our official website

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something wrong? We’ve got you covered.

If your item arrived damaged, is defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

📸 Attach: Photos/videos of the product and shipping box
📦 Keep: Original packaging for inspection

Once verified, we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for processing

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless it’s our mistake


🔁 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 12 hours if it hasn’t shipped yet.

To request a cancellation, contact us ASAP at support@lemonderma.co with your order number.


📬 How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@lemonderma.co with your order number and reason for return

  2. Include clear photos (if applicable)

  3. Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions

  4. Ship the product back to us (return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless it's our fault)
