Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (e.g., promotions, holidays), processing may take 3–4 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited/express services. (Standard USPS allowed)

Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may experience delays or be returned.

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Missed Deliveries & Lost Packages

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors or building/concierge staff.

Contact the carrier directly for detailed GPS delivery confirmation.

We will assist in the investigation, but refunds/replacements can only be issued once the carrier confirms the loss.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include:

Photos of the outer box, products, and damaged areas
We will provide a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.
